Senior AI Product & Delivery Manager
Our Team: How we enrich everyday life
You will be joining the AI JCT (Joint Capability Team) a collaborative, internal group focused on helping Bauer Media Group use AI in practical, responsible, and impactful ways. The team’s mission is to pioneer AI-driven solutions that can be rapidly prototyped, improved through feedback, and scaled where they can deliver meaningful business value.
Working across Bauer’s markets and central functions, the AI JCT partners with teams to identify opportunities, build useful tools, support adoption, and share knowledge. You’ll help make AI accessible, useful, and effective across the organisation.
The Difference you will make
As Senior AI Product & Delivery Manager, you will help translate Bauer’s AI strategy into clear product initiatives that support teams across the business. You’ll play a key role in understanding user needs, shaping product ideas, guiding delivery, and ensuring AI tools and services are rolled out successfully.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with different teams, bringing structure to complex challenges, and helping people feel confident using new technology. You will support the development and adoption of AI products that create real impact — from improving workflows to enabling teams to explore new opportunities with AI.
Your role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of AI initiatives, acting as a bridge between internal customers, technical teams, other JCTs, and stakeholders across Bauer Media Group.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Translate AI strategy into clear product initiatives and delivery plans.
- Lead user research and requirements gathering to understand business needs and opportunities.
- Manage AI product and service development from idea through to rollout.
- Work closely with technical teams to support delivery, testing, iteration, and launch.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across markets, central functions, and leadership teams.
- Lead regular update meetings, sharing progress and recommendations.
- Support AI training and education by helping teams understand tools, capabilities, and best practice.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across Bauer’s markets.
- Support vendor evaluations, commercial conversations, and partnership management where needed.
- Represent the AI JCT internally and, where appropriate, at external events or conferences.
The Skills you will bring
- Proven experience working with AI, machine learning, data science, or related digital product areas.
- Strong product management and delivery experience, ideally in a complex or multi-market organisation.
- Experience gathering user requirements and turning them into practical product plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different teams and seniority levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, or similar product and development platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting central functions such as finance, legal, procurement, or HR with AI-related tools, products, or training.
- Experience developing shared tooling, products, or infrastructure across a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with engineering concepts and software development cycles.
Working Pattern/Location
This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working arrangements from our London offices approx.1-2 days per week.
