Senior Programme Lead

 

We’re looking for a permanent Senior Programme Lead (with a focus on data) to join the Bauer Academy from one of our main hubs in either Manchester, London of Peterborough.

 

As the Senior Programme Lead for data analysis, you will have responsibility for the co-ordination and delivery of defined Bauer Academy apprenticeship programmes, with a focus on our data analysis/AI programmes. You will be acting as the main point of contact for learners, delivering workshops and carrying out regular progress reviews.

 

This would be the perfect role for an accomplished data analyst, passionate about the field and eager to inspire and shape the data analysts of the future.

 

Our Team:

This role reports to Bauer Academy’s Management Team, working closely with the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery, Head of Learning Solutions, Head of Programme Performance and Head of Quality.

 

 

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working form home and one of our main offices in either Manchester, London or Peterborough (depending on where you are based)

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivery of Data Analysis workshops (online and face to face).
  • Effective management of data analysis focused apprenticeship programmes.
  • Management of programmes includes scheduling, timetabling, initial assessment and onboarding of learners. 
  • Provide marking and feedback on coursework in a clear and constructive manner. 
  • Track assignments, DDT (OTJ) hours, and workshop attendance.
  • Carry out learner/line manager progress reviews every 10-12 weeks.
  • Obtain/supply all programme workshop materials/workbooks and uploaded on to the Learning Management System.
  • Work with Bauer Academy’s Operations Manager to ensure that all EPA activity runs smoothly for learners.
  • Support the design and/or delivery of non-apprenticeship L&D programmes or sessions aligned to their area of expertise. 

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Industry experience in relation to Data Analysis, Statistics, and Data Visualisation.
  • Practical experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar),
  • Practical experience of statistical methods, and data visualisation techniques.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and dashboard creation such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • An engaging and enthusiastic presenter/facilitator.
  • Confident when dealing with line managers and learners.

 

 

As part of our Safer Recruitment process, this role requires an Enhanced DBS check. For any roles involving regulated activity with children, a check against the relevant Barred List will also be conducted to ensure suitability to work with vulnerable groups.
