Senior Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Commercial Delivery team on a fixed term basis in London.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the execution of high-value branded content partnerships (£1M+), specialising in multi-platform, multi-brand sponsorships and promotions.

You will set the standard for excellence in project delivery, driving long-term partnerships while continuously refining creative strategies and deliverables based on insights and performance.

As a key member of the Commercial Delivery Team, you will exemplify best-in-class project management and social production, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.

This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office in London for the duration of the Maternity contract.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and overseeing multi-platform, multi-brand campaigns, ensuring they exceed KPIs, stay on budget, and drive future revenue.
• Developing and implementing new workflows to improve department efficiency and maximising revenue potential.
• Partnering with strategy and sales teams to shape campaign ideas, advising on best practices, and defining deliverables and budgets.
• Mentoring and supporting Project Managers and Coordinators, ensuring they are confident, well-trained, and capable of handling challenges.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and media agencies to ensure seamless project execution and trust in delivery.
• Acting as a dedicated expert on assigned brands and agency hubs, supporting both the delivery team and sales teams with insights.
• Overseeing project execution, leading teams through challenges, and ensuring smooth delivery under pressure.
• Focusing on repeat business and long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional client service and successful campaigns.

What you’ll bring:

• Proficiency in Veritone, Adobe Audition, Myriad audio software, Google Analytics, and SAP finance systems.
• Strong understanding of Bauer brands, digital and audio platforms, broadcast regulations (OFCOM, ASA), and competition compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of social and digital platforms, including regulations and mandatory guidelines.
• Ability to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders across departments.
• Passion for branded content that resonates with audiences while staying true to brand values and client objectives.
• Ability to manage with empathy, provide unwavering support, and prioritise team workloads when needed.
