Senior Social Media Producer
We’re looking for a permanent Senior Social Media Producer to join our Absolute Radio team from our office in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to create social media content for one of the UK’s biggest radio networks. As a Senior Social Media Producer, you will be planning and creating digital content for Absolute Radio, working with our presenters, artists, and big-name guests to bring the brand to life for our audience of “reluctant adults”.
You will work closely with the Dave Berry Breakfast Show and Hometime teams to create dynamic online content that captures the essence of the show and resonates with our audience.

This is an office-based role, 2-3 days a week in London, with an expectation that you will be in the studio during Breakfast show hours (0600 – 1000) at certain points each week.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with the Dave Berry Breakfast Show and Hometime teams to generate creative social media ideas and content.
- Develop and produce engaging social media content.
- Monitor and analyse social media trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates.
- Engage with Absolute Radio’s audience across all social media platforms.
- Manage Absolute Radio’s social media content calendars.
- Work with the wider Absolute Radio network team on station initiatives and commercial projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Work out of hours at Absolute Radio events, live posting on our social media platforms.
What you’ll bring
- An experienced social media professional with an excellent understanding of the digital landscape, particularly the creation of engaging, optimised content for various platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Confident in filming, directing and briefing presenters & guests.
- Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms.
- Highly proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and apps like CapCut.
- A confident social copywriter.
- Knowledge of contemporary and classic rock and indie music.
- Knowledge of sport, film, TV and UK comedy scene are strongly encouraged
