You will be joining our Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team on a contract basis, a function focused on driving efficient and compliant hiring across Bauer Media Group. We drive operational excellence and continuous improvement whilst supporting our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, with a focus on candidate experience.
The Difference You Will Make
As Senior TA Training & Adoption Partner 12m FTC, you will play a pivotal role in building the capability, standards, and behaviours required to embed Bauer Media Group's Talent Acquisition operating model.
From designing and delivering global hiring manager and interviewer training to leading on adoption of TA processes and recruiting technology, the role will play a key role in helping establish practical hiring governance and new ways of working are consistently understood and applied across the organisation.
Your Role
In this role, you will translate TA strategy, policy and process into practical learning, enablement material, tools, and implementation plans.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and delivering global hiring manager and interviewer training programmes
- Building practical learning resources, toolkits, guides, and enablement materials to support hiring excellence
- Embedding Talent Acquisition standards, governance, and best practice across the business
- Driving adoption of Talent Acquisition processes and recruitment technology
- Partnering with TA Leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, People Teams, and People Technology teams to identify and overcome adoption barriers
- Monitoring adoption, behavioural change, and recruitment outcomes through data and insights
- Promoting structured interviewing and evidence-based assessment approaches across the organisation
The Skills You Will Bring
- Prior experience working within a People function, ideally as part of TA, in a talent operations or delivery role
- Experience working in a complex matrixed organisation, balancing business requirements and priorities
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing, evidence-based assessment and stakeholder management
- Experience designing, delivering and facilitating interviewer and / or hiring-manager training
- A background in implementing processes, operating model changes, and / or driving adoption of technology
- Demonstrated experience creating practical training content and toolkits to support a variety of learning approaches, including in person, online and remote
It would be a bonus if you:
- Have previously implemented an interviewer certification or hiring manager training programme
- Are trained in learning design, facilitation, or change management
- Have a good understanding of hiring processes, interview structures and capability models
- Feel confident with ai-enabled technology, ideally within the recruitment space
- Have global, multicounty or training to non-native english speaker experience
Working Pattern/Location
This is a 12m fixed term contract. Hybrid working from either London, Peterborough or Manchester.
