As Senior Video Producer, you’ll lead the charge on YouTube and TikTok, developing standout formats and optimising content for maximum impact. Whether directing, shooting, or editing, you’ll bring ideas to life for millions of viewers—and work with major talent such as the likes of Olivia Attwood, RAYE, Burna Boy, and Mariah Carey. 


Your Role:

The Senior Video Producer is responsible for leading video content across our platforms. You’ll manage a team of two video producers across KISS and KISS XTRA, and work with them to deliver creative and exciting video for our brands. You should have a strong background in video production and be a skilled shooter and editor.  

 

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: 

  • Managing end to end production of video content for KISS and KISS XTRA 
  • Creating exciting and engaging video formats and managing these through every stage of delivery, with an emphasis on longform content 
  • Leading technical capture of audio and visuals 
  • Directing talent and crew 
  • Building and de-rigging sets, providing hands-on, technical leadership on cameras, lighting and sound 
  • Editing longform and short form video 
  • Managing KISS and KISS XTRA YouTube channels 
  • Reviewing KISS video content and working with the team to implement changes 
  • Managing team schedules and production workflows, ensuring content opportunities are maximised and deadlines are met 
  • Day to day management and personal/career development of direct reports 
  • Championing video at KISS and taking our content to the next level 


The skills you will bring: 

  • Solid professional video production experience, people manager level 
  • Expert knowledge of camera, lighting and audio equipment 
  • Strong shooting and directing skills, including working with celebrity talent 
  • Editing proficiency working within the full Adobe suite. Premiere Pro essential 
  • Social video expertise – excellent understanding of digital content and social media 
  • Solid knowledge of YouTube channel management and best practice 
  • Calm, positive and patient team leader  
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality output 
  • Creative and sometimes out-the-box thinker 
  • Strong communicator and team leader 

This role is hybrid but mostly based at our offices in London. Candidates must be London-based to ensure easy travel to and from last-minute shoots. This is a full-time role with two direct reports, and reports into the Head of Video at KISS.
