The Difference you will make
As Strategic Transformation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering and shaping Bauer Media Audio’s strategic priorities. You’ll design and run strategic processes, support high-impact initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This role is about strategy, influence and transformation - not just operational project management - so you’ll be driving change at scale and helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
Your role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and support market and cross-functional teams in delivering strategic initiatives. Including monitoring or progress, identifying risks and escalating challenges to leadership.
- Build and manage business-wide strategic processes (e.g. business planning).
- Act as a core member of the Transformation & Delivery team, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
The Skills you will bring
Required:
- Extensive experience in strategic consultancy or leading strategic transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-level engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, seeing challenges before they arise and ‘getting ahead of the problem’.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Experience in digital media, audio, or entertainment sectors.
- Working Pattern / Location
- Hybrid role based in London (Euston office), averaging 3 days per week in person. Occasional travel to Europe required (up to ~2 weeks per quarter).
