HR Project Manager
We’re hiring a TA & People Operations Project Manager to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey — and help shape the future of how we scale our People and Talent functions.
This is a brand-new contract role with a clear purpose: to bring structure, clarity, and excellence to our hiring and onboarding operations. You’ll work directly with two highly visionary, strategic leaders — our VP of Global People Operations and Director of Global Talent Acquisition — to build the foundations for how we work and grow. If you’re the kind of person who thrives in ambiguity, is energised by solving problems, and loves building processes from scratch, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact.
Location: Hybrid - London or Peterborough.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and document end-to-end processes across Talent Acquisition and People Operations, including workflows, RACI matrices, and SOPs.
- Design and elevate the candidate experience from requisition to onboarding whilst championing operational excellence.
- Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align process with strategy.
- Lead working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Take ownership of project plans, reporting, and communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in project management or operations roles within TA, HR, or People Ops.
- Comfortable navigating complex, undefined environments, turning ambiguity into structure.
- Highly proactive, independent, and action-oriented — not someone who waits to be told.
- Skilled in process mapping (Lucidchart, Miro or Visio) and strong stakeholder management.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and engage across all levels.
What’s In It for You?
- Join a business at a truly exciting stage of growth and transformation.
- Work directly with visionary leaders and make a visible, lasting impact.
- A truly flexible environment with lots of autonomy, trust, and ownership from day one.
- Join a collaborative fast-paced team with the opportunity to shape the future of our people operations.
This is more than a job — it’s a chance to help define how we grow. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Closing date: 9th July 2025
