Talent Booker

Are you passionate about connecting talent with compelling content? We are looking for a talented Talent Booker to join our dynamic team to help Bauer Media’s Social Video Hub to makean impact. Our team is at the heart of social media and video innovation, blending creativity, collaboration, and a sharp eye on emerging trends. Sitting at the heart of our audio brands, we are the experts in social and video best practices, we create engaging content that boosts brand fame and drives audience engagement, all while delivering exclusive access to top talent. Our team thrives on producing entertaining social videos, simplifying complex algorithms, and aligning strategies with business goals to amplify reach, revenue, and reputation. 

Job Responsibilities:

• To act as a conduit between publicists, managers and Bauer production teams to coordinate talent bookings, run schedules and book crews. 
• To ensure talent and their teams have the best possible Bauer experience 
• Keeping up to date with cultural conversation trending moments in entertainment and pop culture to ensure the booking of timely and impactful guests. 
• Establishing and maintain external relationships with agents, publicists, and managers, building extensive database of contacts within the industry 
• Internally collab with our social and content teams, maintain shared talent booking calendar, clear comms on bookings, TX dates and deadlines 
• Inputting into knowledge database of Talent in promo, researching appropriate talent for Bauer brands and platforms 

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in talent booking with proven track record of securing a wide variety of impactful talent access  
• Extensive experience handling wide range celebrities, publicists, managers, and stakeholders at any level  
• Extensive knowledge of celebrity and pop culture, combined with inside knowledge of how publicity/promotions and film/TV/music industries work 
• Knowledge of Bauer brands, target audiences and how to engage audiences with talent led content 
• Understanding of how to use each social platform to engage and grow audiences. 
• Understanding of video production & technical elements of in studio interview
