About the Role 

We’re looking for an M365 Engineer to join our Digital Workplace Team and take ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment at a group level. If you have deep expertise in M365 administration, automation (PowerShell, Graph API), and a passion for optimisation and security, this is the perfect role for you! 

Location – Hybrid (with occasional travel to London and Peterborough offices) 

Your responsibilities 

• Own and manage the Bauer M365 tenant and global policy changes 
•  Support M365 architecture and strategic alignment 
•  Provide 3rd-level support and major incident management 
•  Automate tasks with PowerShell & Graph API 
•  Collaborate with Microsoft & 3rd parties on future product developments 
•  Drive continuous improvements and efficiency gains 

What You’ll Bring 

• 5+ years as an M365 Engineer/ Administrator  
• Proven and demonstrable knowledge of the M365 product portfolio (SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerPlatform, Graph API, Azure Functions, Information Protection), Microsoft technical certifications in SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Teams preferred  
• Strong PowerShell scripting & automation skills 
• Experience in M365 migrations & licensing (E3/E5) 
• Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance 
• Microsoft 365 Certified (preferred) 
• Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert (desired)
