Partnerships Manager

 

We’re looking for a permanent Partnerships manager to Join out national agency team based in Manchester.

 

As The Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for driving partnership revenue and delivering multi-platform campaigns across our Bauer audio and publishing brands within the regions. This will include building and developing long term strategic client and agency relationships across the regions.

Our focus is to deliver outstanding service and create award winning partnerships for all our agencies using the strength of the whole Bauer portfolio. 

 

 

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Manchester

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Scrutinise and understand partnership briefs.
  • Facilitate idea sessions with editorial and collate meaningful insight.
  • Influence internal editorial teams and shape creative ideas.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitch presentations that showcase partnership solutions.
  • Identifying new clients and opportunities for Bauer.
  • Develop strong relationships across the regional agencies and client base.
  • Contribute to team strategy to drive overall revenue growth.
  • Work in collaboration with key account managers to support any partnership conversations.
  • Provide timely partnership solutions that ensure we are perceived as a key partner.
  • Collaboration with project managers at every stage from ideation through to delivery.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working in a Media partnership team or similar.
  • Knowledge of all Bauer brands and platforms.
  • Experience building and delivering creative media solutions.
  • Proven track record in successfully driving partnership revenues.
  • A sound knowledge of radio and the commercial opportunity it offers.
  • A detailed understanding of the media landscape and Bauer’s competitor set.
