Scheduling Assistant
Due to internal promotion we are looking for an entry level Scheduling Assistant to join our Audio Scheduling team.

As our next Scheduling Assistant, you will produce accurate 24-hour advertising logs, ensuring all adverts are played at the correct times within the current break structures whilst adhering to the guarantees, rules, regulations and deadlines set by Bauer internally and OFCOM.
You will work closely with Bauer local, regional and national sales teams to ensure we can accommodate as much as revenue possible within strict minutage policies
This is a hybrid position where you will be able to work from home and our newly refurbished office in Manchester.

What you’ll be doing:
- Compiling advertising logs and PRS reports within the set deadline
- Ensuring accuracy and 100% delivery of impacts on all required campaigns
- Providing accurate availability information and proposal approvals for the sales teams by the deadline.
- Reconciling the previous day's transmissions
- Managing copy chasing, ensuring accurate application of copy rotations and audio
- Supporting and assisting the Scheduling Manager in overseeing inventory and enforcing inventory policies
