The Difference you will make

As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns for Bauer Media Audio UK clients. This includes ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, flawlessly executed, and continuously optimised to achieve client and business objectives.

 

Collaborating closely with the wider Bauer create and direct sales team, you will ensure campaigns run smoothly, within budget, and deliver measurable results that reinforce Bauer’s reputation as a trusted and innovative media partner. 

 

Your role

  • Own the end-to-end management of client campaigns, from pitching and planning through to execution and wrap-up. 
  • Manage workflows across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including timelines, responsibilities, and KPIs. 
  • Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients on assigned campaigns. 
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are aligned with the client brief, strategy, and audience expectations. 
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs, dashboards, and AI-powered tools. 
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring all associated costs are accurately tracked.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimise campaign delivery, streamline reporting, and identify emerging trends. 
  • Develop clear, visually engaging pitch decks and presentations to support campaign proposals.

 

 

The Skills you will bring

  • Project management experience within marketing/advertising sector
  • Experience working within a digital first team.
  • Experience managing projects forward in a proactive way.
  • Experience in working with project management software (eg, Monday.com)
  • Experience working with AI tools to optimise processes and efficiency.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.

 

 

Working Pattern/Location

This is fulltime role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Newcastle.
