The Difference you will make:
As the Sales Support Executive you’ll manage audio airtime briefs across a portfolio of key media advertisers, ensuring Bauer continues to uphold its reputation for unrivalled customer service. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team by efficiently turning around planning requests, using insight, CRM analysis, and creativity to deliver the best sales solutions and drive revenue.
Your role:
The role primarily involves administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. Other responsibilities include:
- Plan, book, and manage administration of radio airtime campaigns.
- Monitor agency and client spend to identify revenue opportunities.
- Support Account Managers/Directors with Post Campaign Analysis presentations and MS Dynamics CRM Analysis.
- Maximise client expenditure briefs by delivering insightful, creative responses.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate campaign turnaround.
- Provide sales administrative CRM reports, programming updates and RAJAR figures.
- Aid in planning customer campaigns, coordinating customer advertising copy and digital orders.
The skills you will bring:
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good communication with a confident telephone manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint & CRM Software.
- Experience effectively managing multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- A flair for storytelling through data.
Working Pattern/Location:
This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and at our state of the art office at City Quays 3, Donegall Quay, Belfast. This looks like 2 to 3 days a week in the office.
