The Difference You’ll Make:

 

As our Central Operations Executive for audioXI, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate billing and the smooth execution of campaign-related processes. 

 

Your core duties will include confirming sales orders in the system and conducting regular billing checks throughout the month to prepare for month-end invoicing. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between the sales team and Bauer Corporate Services (BCS), helping to resolve issues related to credit, debt, and billing.

 

Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining effective coordination across sales and invoicing systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team in accurate billing by processing billing checks throughout the month.
  • Check and confirm orders on the sales system for audioXI campaigns. 
  • Provide system support and query resolution to the sales team.
  • Key bridge between sales and Bauer Corporate Services (BCS) on credit, debt and billing queries.
  • Provide ad hoc revenue performance reports for Finance related to billing.
  • Governance of processes for billing.
  • Bridge between sale systems and invoicing systems.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs related to billing efficiencies and discrepancies.
  • Own the customer management process for Advertising – including setting up new accounts, account duplication checks, and customer details changes.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage and organise varied workloads and deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a team-orientated, collaborative working style.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude.
  • A curious mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the self-assurance to liaise with Bauer colleagues within different teams with different levels of seniority at both office locations.

 

Working Pattern/Location:

 

This role is hybrid, with a requirement to attend the Peterborough and London office twice a week (one day in each location) and the rest working from home.
