The Focus of the Role:

 

As a Digital Enablement Executive you will work closely with a Campaign Manager and the Automotive sales teams to support them in selling and delivering our digital products, from forecasting the availability of complex campaigns to checking, reconciling and booking agency IOs. Our advertising clients are absolutely central to everything we do. This role plays a key part of delivering the digital advertising campaigns, both by using existing processes to forecast and book digital advertising activity, and by helping to evolve our processes to ensure they’re efficient and accurate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with sales to complete briefs and provide accurate availability forecasting.
  • Using your knowledge of processes and systems to help improve the forecasting process.
  • Checking, reconciling and booking agency IOs on to our platforms.
  • Screengrabs of live campaigns.


You will also be trained on our trafficking processes as there will be opportunities to work on campaigns and projects across our portfolio.

The role is not exclusive to the above responsibilities; Digital Advertising is constantly changing ecosystem and the role will evolve to reflect this.
