HR Project and Reporting Lead
We’re looking for an HR Projects & Reporting Lead to join our HR Admin Team on a full-time permanent contract.

As the HR Projects & Reporting Lead, you’ll take ownership of key HR transformation projects and reporting initiatives across Bauer UK.
You’ll also work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered effectively, data is accurate, and reporting is meaningful and actionable.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office at Peterborough.

What you will do
- Deliver Strategic Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, Ofcom, Northern Ireland, D&I), using tools like Power BI. Collaborate with the global reporting team to meet UK requirements.
- Lead HR Project Delivery - Manage and track HR transformation projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned. Create dashboards, monitor costs, and report on progress and risks.
- Ensure Data Integrity - Oversee the accuracy of People Source data, resolve technical issues, and support the HR team with system queries and inbox management.
- Drive Process Improvement - Map and improve HR processes, identify operational gaps, and lead the development of user guides, training materials, and internal communications.
- Support Annual Cycles - Lead reporting and coordination for annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with HR colleagues in Audio and Publishing to deliver consistent, values-driven resources and reporting.
What you will bring
- Significant experience in HR project or reporting roles, ideally within a shared services or transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation (e.g. GDPR, right to work).
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Word, and HR systems (e.g. People Source or SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience building reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
It’d be great if you also have
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards it).
- Experience supporting compliance or D&I reporting (e.g. Ofcom, GPG, PPA).
- A passion for improving systems, processes, and data accuracy.
