Integration Analyst 

Location: Remote with hybrid option (1-2 days/week in London, Peterborough, or Manchester) 

We're seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team at Bauer Media, supporting our Audio businesses across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Slovakia., Poland and UK.

Following a significant finance transformation to S4/HANA, our architecture now includes a vital integration layer connecting CRM, Sales, and Finance systems. 

As our Integration Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our systems integration strategy, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow across our complex IT landscape. You'll apply your expertise to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and maintain robust integrations.

What You'll Do: 

• Solution Design: Analyze business requirements, collaborating closely with integration partners. 
• Customisation: Develop tailored workflows, middleware configurations, APIs, and connectors alongside suppliers. 
• Testing & Debugging: Coordinate comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and performance. 
• Knowledge Management: Document processes, share insights, and build comprehensive understanding across Bauer's system landscape. 
• Collaboration: Engage cross-functional teams to clearly define and execute integration workflows. 
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and adopt emerging integration technologies and industry best practices. 
• Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee deployment procedures and provide ongoing support for live integration environments. 

Your Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 
• Proven experience in enterprise-level system integrations. 
• Familiarity with integration protocols, standards, and technologies. 
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, ESB, and API management platforms. 
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Sales Systems, and CRM technologies.
