Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Audio and Central Functions People & Culture team, supporting our Talent Engagement Partner based in Peterborough.

In this new position you will be supporting hiring managers with the end-to-end process of recruitment from advertisement to offer. You will report to and support the Recruitment Engagement manager to attract talented candidates from a diverse talent pool who live and breathe the Bauer values.

Our Team

You will be part of the Audio People and Culture Team, covering all our Audio and Central Function teams across the UK.  In our Talent team we help, advise and assist through the entire recruitment process and know ensuring potential candidates and new employees have a supported and engaging start to their career at Bauer. We know, that our employees are our greatest asset.

This is a hybrid position; you will be able to work from home and our office location in Peterborough.

What you will do

• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and support with use of the HR system (SuccessFactors)
• Provide guidance as required to the hiring manager on all steps of the recruitment journey to ensure a successful experience for both the Manager and candidates.
• Think creatively and pro-actively about how we can use a diverse range of attraction techniques and trends to target top talent and build strong talent pools for a variety of roles (everything from Commercial Account Managers to Finance Business Analysts and Charity Fundraisers!)
• Embody ‘Belonging at Bauer’ – our approach to Diversity and Inclusion, in everything you do, helping us ensure we are representative of the audiences we serve, and our people feel able to bring their whole selves to work.
• Answer candidate queries through the central inbox.
• Maintain and update when needed hiring manager guides.
• Attend career events and fairs with the Recruitment Engagement Manager to attract and build brand awareness.

What you will bring

• Previous experience of working with an ATS in a recruitment coordinator or advisor role is preferred.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to speak to and advise stakeholders of all levels.
• Able to adapt communication style (written and verbal), understanding your audience.
• Experience of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel / SharePoint & Outlook
