You will be joining the Bauer Academy who are owned by and operating inside Bauer Media. The Difference you will make:

As a Senior Programme Lead you will have day to day responsibility for the co-ordination and high-quality delivery of defined Bauer Academy learning and apprenticeship programmes, with a focus on marketing & content creation programmes. You will be the main point of contact for learners which will include delivering workshops, regular progress reviews and end point assessment preparation sessions. 

 

Your role:

  • Management of allocated apprenticeship programmes with in Marketing & Content Creation.
  • Manage scheduling, timetabling, initial assessment and onboarding of learners. 
  • Delivery of workshops, online and face to face.
  • Provide marking and feedback on coursework in a timely manner. 
  • Track assignments, DDT (OTJ) hours, and workshop attendance.
  • Carry out learner/line manager progress reviews every 10-12 weeks.
  • Obtain/supply all programme workshop materials/workbooks and ensure that these are uploaded on to the Learning Management System.
  • Ensure that all EPA activity runs smoothly for learners.
  • Supporting delivery on other programmes and provisions hosted by Bauer Academy 

 

The Skills you will bring: 

  • Industry experience within Marketing & content creation.
  • Experience as an engaging and enthusiastic presenter/facilitator.
  • Demonstratable coaching skill.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong I.T. literacy e.g. able to manage Learner Management Systems and online teaching techniques.   

 

Working Pattern/Location:

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home ad one of our offices in Peterborough, Manchester or London. It is 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
