About the Role
Off The Ball is seeking a Commercial Content Producer with proven experience in talent acquisition, creative content development, and budget management. This is a senior role at the heart of our commercial content strategy — shaping premium campaigns, securing marquee guests, and delivering projects that resonate with audiences and clients alike.
What You'll Do
- Source, secure, and manage high-profile talent and influencers for commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Lead content strategy and develop creative concepts in response to commercial briefs.
- Oversee project timelines, workflows, and budgets across multiple teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end production for live and on-demand content.
- Act as the central point of communication across departments to ensure alignment.
- Develop compelling commercial ideas and identify new project opportunities.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support events outside standard hours when needed.
What You'll Have
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in content production, commercial partnerships, or a related industry role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing production and commercial budgets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and produce content across multiple platforms.
- Experience in video/audio production and editing.
- Excellent social media knowledge (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok); Photoshop skills a bonus.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content.
- Creative thinker with a history of delivering innovative ideas.
- Strong interest in sports, particularly soccer, Gaelic games, and rugby.
- Understanding of libel and defamation laws.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
