We are looking for a Manager, Business Operations & PMO to join Bauer Media Audio’s team in a key role supporting senior leadership in Finland and Sweden. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a front-row seat in driving and supporting strategy execution in a dynamic, international media company.
 

Location: The position can be based in either Sweden or Finland. Regular travel between the two countries is expected. We offer flexible working hours and hybrid work options.


What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with senior leaders and their teams to turn strategic goals into concrete action plans
  • Ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives through monitoring, quality control, risk management, and facilitating a culture of collaboration
  • Acting as a bridge between our global transformation management office and our local project management teams, including responsibility for regular progress reporting
  • Playing an active part in strategic projects, not just supporting but being part of the delivery team

 

What we expect from you

  • Several years of work experience in similar roles, ideally 2 to 3 years in business and/or strategy consulting
  • At least an undergraduate degree in business administration, or another relevant degree
  • Proven experience in managing or coordinating strategic projects
  • Experience working in KPI and data-driven environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands-on, analytical and organised working style
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent English is required, Finnish and/or Swedish are a big plus
  • Experience in media or the audio industry is a benefit
  • Working knowledge of project tools such as Monday.com is considered an advantage
