We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our successful commercial team. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships and growing business opportunities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the North East of England. You'll have the opportunity to maintain and grow existing accounts, while also bringing new and lapsed clients on board.

This is a field-based role with a mix of office and home working, offering the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

Our Team

Our team represents Bauer Media Audio UK with stations such as Greatest Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, KISS and many others. You will be part of our highly successful and driven local team. We pride ourselves in putting teamwork at the forefront of our minds and you will be an important and integral part of that.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identifying new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales efforts.
• Working with clients across a variety of industries within Teesside.
• Executing Bauer’s commercial strategy to grow revenues within your territory and across the wider Bauer portfolio.
• Managing advertising inventory and pricing strategies.
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales environment. (ideally within media, though not essential)
• Experience with outbound B2B sales. 
• Proven ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
• A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A track record of meeting revenue targets.
