As a Senior Learning Specialist you will be facilitating the design and delivery of work-based learning solutions with in the AI / Data space for our people across Bauer Media Group as well as a range of high-profile external clients. You will also have a responsibility of being a Programme Lead with a small number of apprentices on defined apprenticeship programmes. 

 

Your role 

  • Provide high quality curriculum design for internal and external learning and development programmes.
  • Deliver effective, interactive training utilising a range of tools and technology.  
  • Support co-creation services including bespoke design for internal stakeholders and external clients with creative training approaches.
  • Oversees delivery of relevant apprenticeship programmes.
  • Manage end-to-end apprenticeship cohorts as including maintaining accurate records, reports and data as required for each project / programme. 
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and line managers.
  • Review training programmes for continuous improvement and produce post-programme reports.  
  • Contribute to Train the Trainer activities and Best Practice Sessions.
  • Support the commercialisation of Bauer Academy training content.
  • Keep up to date with educational trends to ensure compliance and best practice. 

 

The Skills you will bring: 

  • Confident in delivering high quality learning virtually and face to face. 

 

Subject Matter expertise in AI:  

  • Strong, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini). 
  • Able to explain AI in clear, human language – what it is (and isn’t).
  • Able to contextualise AI for different roles and teams.
  • Confident demonstrating effective prompting techniques and simple AI workflows.
  • Comfortable leading conversations about AI enabled change.  

 

Working Pattern/Location 

This is fulltime role, 37.5 hours per week with a flexible approach to working hours and locations. This role will be based in either our London, Peterborough or Manchester offices. We support working from home with the occasional need to visit a Bauer office or travel for face-to-face delivery and client meetings.
