Property Lease Manager (m/f/d)

.The Property Lease Manager for Bauer owned properties with main target to maximize the value of existing RE portfolio is responsible for implementation of Bauer RE strategy across the group portfolio. This individual will be constantly monitoring of RE market conditions, rental, and capital investments trends and relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry as well as proactively preparing and implementing property lease strategy and related projects for each individual property.
The position is located in Hamburg.
What your responsibilities will be

  • Main point of contact to our tenants (internal and external) and connection between clients and technical team.
  • Management and negotiations of lease contracts terms and conditions and service charges calculation.
  • Prepare lease agreements, amendments, and other leasing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate lease signings, move-ins, and lease renewals, and ensure smooth transitions for tenants throughout the leasing process.
  • Monitor lease expirations, rent increases, and other lease-related deadlines, and proactively address issues to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue.
  • Implementing lease strategy for owned locations used by Bauer group.
  • Selection and management of external service providers like RE brokers, legal advisors, and other industry professionals.
  • Implement and constant improvement of group RE standards and procedures: (portfolio management, lease contracts database, investments approvals, lease contracts management and templates, internal benchmarking, frameworks agreements etc.)

What you bring

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field as well as several years of work experience in the context of property leasing or real estate management with a track record of success in leasing commercial properties.
  • You bring experience and expertise in commercial lease contracts, relationship with clients and negotiations.
  • Your German language skills are at native speaker level.
