Treasurer (m/f/x)

Job Purpose:
Join Bauer Media Group’s Group Treasury team to support the digitalization and development of treasury processes, with a focus on automation and international currency management.

About the Team:
The team manages Bauer Media Group's liquidity and financing strategies, consisting of four members reporting to the Head of Group Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate and enhance treasury processes
• Support international currency management and hedge currency risks
• Integrate newly acquired companies into the banking system
• Train users on the Treasury Management System (TIPCO / Nomentia)
• Assist subsidiaries with treasury-related issues
• Manage forward exchange transactions and bank account structures
• Contribute to the digitalization of bank powers of attorney and treasury guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Degree in business administration (banking training is a plus)
• 2+ years in treasury and cash management
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Nomentia, SAP)
• Strong knowledge of cash pooling, currency management, and financial data analysis
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
