Assistant Producer (KISS Network)

You’ll be joining the KISS Network and wider Hits Radio team, reaching almost 10 million adults across the UK. We connect audiences with the music, energy and moments they care about most. The KISS Network is at the heart of youth culture, home to KISS, KISS Dance, KISSTO and KISS XTRA – delivering unbeatable vibes across radio, digital and live events. You’ll work collaboratively with presenters, content, music and operations teams, all driven by creativity and authenticity.
The difference you will make
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, entertaining pre-recorded radio shows, helping presenters bring the KISS sound and brand to life while ensuring smooth, fault-free broadcasts.
Your role
You’ll work directly with presenters to shape engaging content, manage the technical execution of programmes, and ensure everything meets editorial, operational and regulatory standards.
Working Pattern / Location
Office-based in London, with collaboration across the wider network team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support presenters across pre-recorded shows to deliver engaging, on-brand content
• Build, edit and technically execute programmes for broadcast
• Ensure shows transmit fault-free and meet Ofcom Broadcasting Code requirements
• Coordinate studio bookings, briefings and programme logistics
• Work closely with content, music, operations and contesting teams
Brief presenters on commercial and editorial activity

• Experience with radio playout systems and audio editing
• A collaborative, organised and communicative approach
• A passion for great content and continuous improvement
• Confidence working with multiple teams and stakeholders
