You’ll be joining the KISS network – home to KISS, KISS Dance, Kisstory and KISS Xtra – a network that sits at the cutting edge of youth culture, playing the hottest music for 15–34 year olds.
KISS is all about unbeatable vibes and energy, from soundtracking your working day and workouts to partying with us at our legendary KISS in Ibiza events. It’s also home to KISS Breakfast with Tyler West and Chloe Burrows, a show built to amplify mischief and level up the nation’s mornings.
Based in London, you’ll work closely with the Director of Content, Deputy Director of Content, presenters, producers and wider teams across audio, social and video – all united by a shared ambition to create truly standout content for young audiences.
The difference you will make:
As Executive Producer for KISS Breakfast, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the content strategy for our flagship morning output. You’ll lead the creative and editorial direction of the show, ensuring it delivers genuine stand‑out in a highly competitive breakfast market while living and breathing KISS’s brand filter of ‘Mischief Amplified’.
With a clear vision of what great audio content looks like for an under‑35 audience, you’ll drive audience growth at a national level, turning each show into an event through fame‑driving moments, relatable storytelling and topical relevance.
Your role:
The Executive Producer (Breakfast) is responsible for the weekday breakfast output for KISS, leading the team and overseeing all editorial, creative and operational elements of the show.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Devise and deliver the KISS Breakfast content strategy in partnership with the Director of Content and Deputy Director of Content
• Lead, develop and manage a team of producers and presenters to deliver output aligned to the KISS brand and the highest national broadcast standards
• Ensure content is relevant, highly entertaining and owns a unique space in the breakfast market
• Deliver fame‑driving, topical and relatable content that turns each show into a must‑listen event
• Drive forward planning to create standout content beyond the next 24 hours
• Maximise audience engagement, loyalty and listening hours
• Execute the brand’s guest strategy, securing high‑profile guests and delivering on‑air, social and PR value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, agents and agencies
• Coach and develop presenters and producers through live feedback and structured coaching sessions
• Collaborate closely with Social and Video teams to extend on‑air content beyond audio
• Manage logistics for pre‑recorded local splits, ensuring the strongest possible local relevance
• Ensure all output complies fully with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code
• Work alongside Bauer’s enterprise team to deliver best‑in‑class contesting execution
The skills you will bring:
• A strong understanding of the KISS brand, its music and the 15–34 audience
• Significant experience working with high‑profile national broadcast talent, including managing agents and complex diaries
• A proven track record of producing compelling, competitive content at a national level
• Extensive experience leading, managing and coaching senior broadcast talent
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills that motivate and inspire teams
• Sensational planning skills and the ability to think well beyond the next show or day
• Excellent understanding of Ofcom regulations and broadcast law
• Confidence operating in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure live broadcast environment
• Strong knowledge of station playout, scheduling and studio systems
• Excellent audio editing skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Working Pattern / Location
London-based. Office-based role with early-morning working pattern aligned to breakfast output.
