You will be working closely with the Consumer Competitions team, within Bauer Media’s Marketing function, supporting the delivery of high-performing paid social campaigns that drive engagement and growth across our competitions portfolio.


You’ll be joining a fast-paced, commercially driven and collaborative team who are passionate about creating exciting opportunities for audiences through Bauer Media’s best-loved competitions, including Make Me A Winner.

 

The Difference You Will Make

 

As a Paid Social Executive, you will play a key role in driving player acquisition and revenue growth through the delivery of high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.


Through a combination of data-led decision making, creative testing and campaign optimisation, you will help maximise return on investment and contribute to the continued growth of Bauer Media’s Consumer Competitions business.


Working closely with the PPC Manager and wider marketing teams, you will take ownership of campaign performance, ensuring budgets are invested effectively and campaigns deliver against key commercial objectives.


This is a hands-on role offering strong opportunities to develop your expertise within performance marketing, while contributing to one of Bauer Media’s most commercially impactful areas.

 

Your Role:

 

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns within a high-performance marketing environment.


You will manage day-to-day campaign delivery across Meta and TikTok, focusing on audience targeting, creative testing and performance optimisation to drive acquisition and maximise revenue.


Alongside this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, social and marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, audience needs and commercial priorities.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
  • Managing campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing and budget pacing
  • Optimising campaign performance against ROAS, CPA and revenue targets
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities and taking corrective action where needed
  • Testing and iterating creative formats, messaging and audiences to improve performance and player value
  • Collaborating with the PPC Manager to align delivery with broader acquisition strategy and objectives
  • Working with creative and marketing teams to brief, review and deploy effective paid social assets
  • Ensuring all campaigns are compliant, brand-safe and aligned with regulatory guidelines
  • Producing clear and actionable performance reports to support optimisation and future planning
  • Managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously, ensuring delivery to deadlines      

 

The Skills You Will Bring
 
Required:

  • Proven experience delivering paid social campaigns in a performance marketing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Commercial mindset with experience optimising campaigns against ROAS, CPA or revenue targets
  • Ability to manage campaigns independently and take ownership of performance outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation decisions
  • Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

  • Experience within competitions, gaming, entertainment or subscription-based products
  • Familiarity with broader PPC or performance marketing channels
  • Experience working with creative testing frameworks and conversion-led creative
  • Interest in digital marketing trends, platforms and audience behaviour

 

Working Pattern / Location

 

This role is full time and based in London within Bauer Media. It operates on a hybrid working model, combining time in our London office with remote working, in line with company policy and business needs.
