Sales Executive
Join our audioXi team in London as a Sales Executive!
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills and a passion for developing a career in media and digital audio.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the wider sales team to grow audioXi, building relationships with advertisers and agencies, identifying commercial opportunities and supporting campaigns from brief through to post-campaign analysis.

You’ll join Bauer Media’s agency sales team, working across audioXi, our digital audio advertising solution. audioXi brings together Bauer’s audio and publishing brands, podcasts and first-party data to help advertisers reach relevant audiences across our portfolio.
The Difference you will make:
You’ll help drive the growth and revenue performance of audioXi by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and matching our products and audience capabilities to advertisers’ objectives.
Your role:
- Support Account Managers and the wider team to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with advertisers and agency partners.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
- Create and pitch solutions that meet customers’ objectives.
- Manage campaigns from briefing and booking through to post-campaign analysis.
- Use audience insights and data to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to team revenue targets.

Working Pattern/Location:
This is a hybrid role based at our London Head Office, The Lantern, offering a blend of office and home working.
