The Difference you will make 

As a Scheduling Assistant (9 month FTC) you will be working closely with Bauer Local, National and Regional Sales teams to ensure we can accommodate as much revenue as possible within strict minutage policies. 

 

You will play a pivotal role in helping to produce accurate 24-hour advertising logs, ensuring all adverts are played at the correct times within the current break structures whilst adhering to the guarantees, rules, regulations and deadlines set by Bauer internally and the Radio Authority.  

 

Your role 

The Audio scheduling team are responsible for slotting in the advertising into the breaks in between the presenter broadcasting.  The focus of this role is to ensure that these advert breaks meet the strict timings (policies) and daily deadlines. Responsibilities include:  

  • Completion of advertising logs to deadline and to a high standard while also sourcing and entering copy for each campaign.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivering against target and space is available on the ad logs to allow for upcoming orders.
  • Source and enter accurate copy rotations, ensuring all copy is the correct length.
  • Proactively create availability to ensure no revenue needs to be turned down by moving or dropping spots.
  • Ensure fast response times to all customer enquiries both internally and externally.

Working Pattern/Location 

This will be a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Manchester.  This is initially a 9-month Fixed term contract.
