You will be joining our Talent Acquisition Operations team on a contract basis, a function focused on driving efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring across Bauer Media Group. We manage recruitment processes, technology, governance, data, and strategy, enabling our Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to attract and hire great talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

The Difference You Will Make

As Senior TA Capability & Adoption Partner 12m FTC, you will play a pivotal role in building the capability, standards, and behaviours required to embed Bauer Media Group's Talent Acquisition operating model across the organisation. You will help ensure that hiring managers, interviewers, recruiters, and stakeholders consistently understand and apply best-in-class hiring practices and governance standards.

 

You will be responsible for translating Talent Acquisition strategy, policy, and process into practical learning solutions, enablement materials, tools, and implementation plans. Through strong stakeholder engagement and change management, you will support the successful adoption of Talent Acquisition processes and recruitment technology, helping drive measurable improvements in hiring outcomes and organisational capability.

 

Your Role

In this role, you will lead capability-building and adoption initiatives that support Bauer Media Group's Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring new ways of working are effectively implemented and sustained across the organisation.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and delivering global hiring manager and interviewer training programmes.
  • Building practical learning resources, toolkits, guides, and enablement materials to support hiring excellence.
  • Embedding Talent Acquisition standards, governance, and best practice across the business.
  • Driving adoption of Talent Acquisition processes and recruitment technology.
  • Partnering with TA Leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, People Teams, and People Technology teams to identify and overcome adoption barriers.
  • Supporting implementation activities for Talent Acquisition initiatives and operating model changes.
  • Monitoring adoption, behavioural change, and recruitment outcomes through data and insights.
  • Promoting structured interviewing and evidence-based assessment approaches across the organisation.

 

The Skills You Will Bring

  • Substantial experience working within a Talent Acquisition function in a Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or delivery-focused role, ideally within a complex matrix organisation.
  • Strong understanding of structured interviewing, evidence-based assessment, stakeholder management, hiring processes, and recruitment technology.
  • Experience designing, delivering, and facilitating interviewer and/or hiring manager training programmes.
  • Experience implementing Talent Acquisition processes, operating model changes, and driving adoption of recruitment technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to create practical training content, toolkits, and resources that support a variety of learning methods, including in-person, virtual, and remote delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, with the confidence to challenge poor hiring practices when required.

 

It would be a bonus if you:

  • Have previously implemented an interviewer certification programme.
  • Have training or qualifications in learning design, facilitation, or change management.
  • Feel confident working with AI-enabled recruitment technology.
  • Have global or multi-country Talent Acquisition experience.

 

Working Pattern/Location

This is a 12m fixed term contract. Hybrid working from London, Peterborough or Manchester.
