About the Role

We are now on the lookout for a talented and experienced marketing professional who can take on the role of Marketing Executive at Today FM.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind Today FM’s multi-faceted marketing strategy. You will be a confident, enthusiastic team player that is willing to represent and act as brand guardian, supporting audience growth and maintaining our No.1 position in the commercial radio market.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualise, communicate and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will ensure campaigns keep within agreed budget, leverage internal support and drive collaboration across multiple areas of the business.
- Work with the Marketing Manager in analysing consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful goals and strategies across the year.
- Liaise with on-air, digital and social teams to ensure promotions are effectively communicated and content is in line with brand strategy.
- Highlight and define ongoing PR opportunities for shows, presenters, and brand initiatives.
- Manage Today FM photoshoots and press calls.
- Assist with managing and planning multiple station events around the country.
- Be responsible for ongoing project delivery and reporting with key stakeholders.
- Regular reporting on activity and performance against agreed KPIs.
- Working with Marketing Manager to manage external agency relationships.
- Budget Management and reporting.
- CRM management, ensuring Today FM keeps its loyal listeners informed of what’s going on at Ireland’s leading commercial station.
- Manage multiple projects at a time and activate key brand partnerships across the year.
- Deliver and maintain a paid social media strategy alongside Today FM Social Media Executive to increase brand reach.
- Be available on an ad-hoc basis to work on projects, initiatives and events outside of normal working hours.

- Full clean driving license required.

- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, media or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

- Social media experience.
- Passionate about radio, music and entertainment.
- Experience of commercial partnerships and working closely with agencies.
- Experience with budget management.
- Experience with CMS tools.
- Experience with Mailchimp and CRM management.
- Experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media.
- Ability to analyse activity effectiveness, deep dive on performances and clearly articulate results to stakeholders.
- Experience of leading and working at consumer events.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work with varying budgets.
