Lead Talent Acquisition Partner
Our Team: How we enrich everyday life
The Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in enabling Bauer Media Group’s success by securing the best talent across all areas of the business in all markets. We partner strategically with leaders to deliver a recruitment process that is efficient, transparent, and aligned with Bauer’s values. Our focus extends beyond filling positions—we build long-term talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Through data-driven insights and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, we help shape a workforce that drives innovation and growth.
The Difference you will make
You will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across the UK and EU while maintaining your own small portfolio of complex hires. You'll be the vital link between our TA Partners and senior leadership within the LOB - translating strategy into execution while developing your team's capabilities.

Beyond day-to-day delivery, you'll support strategic talent projects that drive change across the business. This requires genuinely understanding the opportunities and challenges facing Audio today - from digital transformation to evolving business models and processes - so you can be a credible partner in shaping our talent strategy and organisational capability.
This role offers genuine leadership development for someone ready to step up. You'll gain exposure to strategic workforce planning, contribute to operational decisions, and shape how we attract talent across the region.
