We're looking for a talented Writer to join our Life & Style Content Team, creating engaging content across some of the UK's best-loved magazine brands, including heat, Closer, Bella, That's Life, Take a Break and Yours.

Whether you're starting your editorial career or looking for your next publishing opportunity, this is a fantastic chance to develop your writing skills at one of the UK's leading media companies.

The Role

You'll create engaging style and lifestyle content across multiple magazine brands, tailoring your writing to suit different audiences while staying on top of the latest celebrity, fashion, beauty, health, travel and wellness trends.

Working alongside our editorial teams, you'll pitch fresh ideas, source expert commentary and help produce high-quality features that keep readers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Writing engaging print and lifestyle content across multiple Bauer brands.
• Pitching original feature ideas inspired by emerging trends and popular culture.
• Researching topics and identifying stories that resonate with our audiences.
• Liaising with PRs to arrange interviews, review products and keep up with new launches.
• Monitoring competitor titles and wider media trends to identify opportunities.
• Working closely with Content Editors to develop compelling editorial ideas.
• Ensuring all copy is accurate, engaging and delivered to deadline.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Creativity and the ability to adapt your writing style for different brands and audiences.
• A great eye for imagery and visual presentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confidence building relationships with colleagues, PRs and external contacts.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced editorial environment.
