About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and relationship-driven Sales Executive to join the iRadio team and make a real impact across the West & North West.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career in media, working with businesses across the region to bring their brands to life through the power of radio, digital and innovative sponsorship solutions. You’ll build lasting client relationships, grow an established portfolio and uncover new opportunities, helping businesses connect with iRadio’s audience in meaningful and memorable ways.
Based in the West & North West region (Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, Longford, Leitrim and Donegal), you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional account management and developing growth strategies across both on-air and online platforms. From creating innovative advertising solutions to developing impactful sponsorship campaigns, you’ll have the opportunity to shape ideas that deliver real results for our clients.
We’re looking for someone with a strong knowledge and understanding of the Irish advertising market, who thrives on taking initiative, building relationships and working collaboratively within a team. You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive commercial team where your ideas are valued and your contribution makes a difference.

What You’ll Do:
- Grow an extensive list of new clients throughout the West & North West region
- Achieve sales targets while driving innovation throughout all available platforms
- Respond to client briefs and develop both new and existing client relationships
- Manage and oversee the execution of all advertising campaigns including content and digital
- Provide regular financial reporting
- Liaise with both programming and Integration to ensure you are offering a 360 approach
- Support and contribute to additional tasks where required
What You'll Have:
- A passion for sales and advertising especially within the radio market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client service/account management skills and attention to detail
- Prolific in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of digital selling and offerings
- Driven and focused on results
