You will lead projects from concept to delivery, working closely with on air talent, internal teams, brands, and clients to produce engaging, platform-focused content. As an experienced member of the video team, you will also mentor junior members, support productions on set, and contribute to managing workflows during busy periods.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short- and long-form video content optimised for digital and social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Video, clients, internal teams, and stakeholders while professionally representing both the station and client throughout productions.
  • Make strong creative and editorial decisions under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work across a variety of brands and formats while maintaining each brand’s tone of voice, target audience and visual identity.
  • Support project prioritisation and workload distribution during busy production periods.
  • Mentor junior team members, crew, and freelancers by providing creative guidance and technical support on set and during post-production.
  • Coordinate production logistics including equipment management, multi-camera/live productions, freelancers, and external suppliers where required.
  • Maintain awareness of project budgets and support production administration including purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Ensure all productions adhere to company processes, technical standards, and GDPR compliance.

What You Will Have:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, shooting, and editing within a fast-paced broadcast, media, or commercial content environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in colour grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics workflows.
  • Experience working with professional camera systems, particularly within the Sony ecosystem, as well as mobile-first content creation.
  • A strong understanding of digital and social media content trends, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
  • Excellent creative judgement with the ability to make confident editorial decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions and competing deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating directly with clients, stakeholders, presenters, and production teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to support junior team members, crew, and freelancers.
  • Experience supporting live or multi-camera productions is advantageous.
  • An understanding of production administration, budgeting awareness, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
  • A full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel for productions and events when required.
  • A valid passport is required for the position, and for non-EU citizens, a valid work permit is required for the application.
