Planet Offers is Bauer Media Group’s voucher and special offers platform, helping consumers across the UK access fantastic deals on attractions, experiences and gift vouchers while supporting commercial partners through the reach of Bauer’s audio and digital brands. You will be joining a collaborative and energetic team working across Customer Engagement, Commercial, radio and digital teams.

The difference you will make

As eCommerce Manager, you will drive the commercial success of Planet Offers, owning key performance drivers including revenue, conversion, customer retention and growth while leading a high-performing team.

Working Pattern/Location

Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid working arrangement

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the Planet Offers revenue target

• Lead and develop the Campaign Manager and Customer Care team

• Manage the end-to-end performance of planetoffers.co.uk

• Improve conversion and customer journeys

• Identify new revenue opportunities and audiences

• Own CRM and email marketing strategy

• Analyse performance data and provide insights

• Manage budgets and promotional activity

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrable experience leading a B2C ecommerce function

• Knowledge of CRM, email marketing, SEO and social media

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools

• People leadership experience

• Commercial awareness and customer focus

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
