In this role, you will work primarily with Direct team and internal teams to grow branded content, sponsorship, and solutions revenues across our FM and digital brands. 

About The Role

As a core member of the Solutions team, you will drive sales growth by developing creative, multi-platform campaigns for Direct clients. Working closely with content, commercial, and production teams, you will help bring client briefs to life while championing our Sponsorship & Solutions branded content offering within the Direct sales market. 

You will bring a strong understanding of the Irish media market, with particular knowledge of Direct advertisers and the ability to build trusted client relationships. You will thrive in a team environment while also showing the initiative, confidence, and commercial focus needed to identify opportunities and convert ideas into revenue. 

What You'll Do

• Account Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of branded content, sponsorship, and promotional campaigns across radio, digital, social, and experiential platforms. 
• Sales Growth: Manage and deliver S&S budgets for the Dublin based sales team, developing strategies to grow existing revenue streams and identify new commercial opportunities for Direct clients. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive responses to client briefs and ensure seamless campaign delivery. 
• Client Service: Deliver exceptional account management, ensuring client briefs are met with innovative solutions and best-in-class service. 
• Relationship Building: Build and grow strong relationships with existing and new Direct clients, positioning Bauer Media Audio Ireland as the partner of choice for creative media solutions. 
• Reporting: Accurately report campaign metrics and financials, providing clear insights that support client retention, renewal, and future growth. 
• Team Leadership: Inspire creativity and drive excellence across the team, supporting professional development, knowledge sharing, and a strong solutions-led sales culture. 
• Champion creativity across our network, continually positioning BMAI as the market leader for solutions and partnerships. 
• Accurately report relevant metrics across all campaigns and platforms. 

The above list is not exhaustive. You will be expected to perform duties as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the company, as directed.  

What You'll Have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in media sales, ideally with exposure to Direct clients or direct advertiser relationships. 
• Proven track record in delivering advertising campaigns from concept to completion, with a strong commercial and client-service mindset. 
• Strong understanding of broadcast sponsorship, promotions, and branded content. 
• Experience with digital activations and multi-channel campaign management. 
• Excellent client service skills and attention to detail.
