AI Software Engineer (f/m/d)

About the Role

As an AI Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions that create real business impact at Bauer Media Group. You’ll work across the full AI lifecycle — from integrating off-the-shelf models to training and optimizing custom ones — while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready services in the cloud.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions and applications (e.g. NLP, recommendation, content analysis)
• Integrate third-party and extend cloud-native AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP) into existing products
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models and services
• Build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale processing
• Apply MLOps and DevOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

What You Bring

• At least 5-year experience delivering AI/ML models into production
• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript (Go is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services; exposure to AWS/GCP preferred
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps workflows and data engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
